OK Forget the City and Counties Directory entry. It is dated 1864 when Samuel was 11 and it is a Confectioner.

Probably same family though.

I think the confectioner Samuel was associated with Sookholme and Leeming Street - maybe another branch of the same family, but not this main branch.
