I misread the word after philin, it is macuilly ( nowadays Macquigny).

I see Macquigny is just a few miles east of Fielaine.
I tried looking for the 'Marsailly' that you thought it was before, but came up with a blank, so Macquigny makes much more sense.

I think that" Radeph", which means nothing is the begining of "? de philin " and should have been crossed out.

I think you might be right!
I can see the 'de ph' as you've suggested.
Perhaps the the little bit before that is 'Ne'? - so 'born at Philin'.
As you say, in the wrong column, and it had to be written out in full in the next column.
