1703 French Muster Roll

This is from MyHeritage, but I can't see any reference to where it might have come from.

The middle name of these three is Jean Reboutte.

It's not 'my' Jean Reboute/Rabate', but Fieulaine is a very tiny place, so I think there must be some connection.'My' Jean was also a soldier, so I'm wondering if there might be Muster Rolls available to view somewhere else.

Unfortunately, the Fieulaine registers don't start until 1669 - some 12 years after the said birth of this man.

I'm having some trouble deciphering it.

I can see his nom de plume was 'Grand St Jean', but what's the word after that and before 'age de 46'?

The transcribed information gives his place of birth as 'Fieulaine' - is that what the first word under 'Lieu de naissance' is?
And what are the rest of the words in that section?

The transcribed information also gives a place 'Ribemont' (which is a hop skip and jump from Fieulaine), which I think is the next column - perhpas it comes under the larger area of Fieulaine?

I'm presuming 'signalement' means description (Google translate tells me it means 'reporting' which is not very helpful!), as I think it's a physical description of him.
'Taille de cing pieds six pouce Cheveaux noir' - 5 foot six inches tall with black hair, - what's the last word after that?

His "nom de guerre" ( not nom de plume) was Grand St Jean + the word difficult to decipher ( Radeph?)

de philin (Fieulaine) ADDED: old name for Fieulaine was Fullains ( sounds almost like Philin)

I can't tell what is this word ,but it is a more précise description of the hair (cheveux , not cheveaux) .
The other soldiers have wigs ( perruque), or fair hair (blonds),or brown (chatain), or long hair .

ADDED: could be "léger" ?

This soldier has black hair, not long.

It looks like Redeph (or Radeph), but I'm not sure about the first letter. There is something odd about it. It has some extra strokes. It could be another letter, but I just can't figure it out.
So I can't help you with that.

I misread the word after philin, it is macuilly ( nowadays Macquigny).

I think that" Radeph", which means nothing is the begining of "? de philin " and should have been crossed out.
