Still nothing on Ancestry but while searching I came across an interesting 1871 entry for the daughters of the Paul family in Moray

Christina Ross transcribed as Corustiva Roll
Williamina Mary transcribed as Andimina Mary
Harriet Elizabeth transcribed as Hanied Edith

John Dalvis born 1839 portway, should be portsoy is Janet Ogilvie

Very well done for finding that entry👏👏  Have just replied to your pm

I have seen some bad transcriptions over the years but that one is beyond belief.  However - before blaming the transcriber it would be interesting to see if the original entry is legible

Hi Carole

The transcriber needs glasses, the original entry on Scotland's People is clearly readable as Ogilvie. that's that mystery solved.
