In 1921 the Reece family's address was 13 Roslin Terrace, Acton.
Roslin Terrace was where Roslin Road is today (running east from Bollo Lane) but it has been completely redeveloped. At the time of the "1910 Valuation survey"  Roslin Road was a short cul-de-sac off Bollo Lane terminating just past the junction with Stirling Road. At that time the street ended at the back of 14/16 Shaftesbury Road, which was a large laundry
The houses on the south side of Roslin Road were nos 2–10 Roslin
Road (even numbers). These were 2-up 2-down single occupier residences.
The five properties on the north side of the street were Roslin
Terrace. Each property consisted of four flats, e.g. the westernmost property was 1–4 Roslin Terrace. Thus 13-16 Roslin Terrace was the last but one towards the east end of the cul-de-sac.
At the date of the Acton survey (1912) the entire block of five properties was owned by "Hebnor Bloss Taylor": I'm not sure if this was a company or an individual. The weekly rent of the flats was 7s 6d or 8s
The descriptions of the properties all refer back to the description of nos. 1–4:

flats 2 on Ground floor and 2 on first floor
each containing 2 rooms, kitchen scullery.
W.C.s on first floor. Outside W.C.s for Ground floor.

Yard in rear partly tiled. Tiled forecourt.
Repair fair.
