Hi

It's a tenement building - I grew up in the next street albeit a bit later. The buildings were put up in the late 1880/1890s

Hi,  think it was actually just called Sandholes? 9 Sandholes became 14 Sandholes in 1923 when the street renumbering happened in 1923. Street must have been added later.

The 1905 valuation roll gives the following tenant/occupiers for "House, 9 Sandholes."

Robert Forbes, occupier
James Lang, tenant/occupier
William P. Lochrie, tenant/occupier
Maggie Peacock, widow, tenant/occupier
"Rebeca" Porter, tenant/occupier
James Wallace, tenant/occupier

The 1915 valuation roll gives the following tenant/occupiers for "House, 9 Sandholes."

William Black, tenant/occupier
Robert Hunter, tenant/occupier
William Lindsay, tenant/occupier
Rebecca Porter, tenant/occupier
Henry Siddon, tenant/occupier
Janet Weir, widow, tenant/occupier

If you are looking to find it in the 1911 census, presumably you would search for Rebecca Porter as she was there in 1905 and 1915.
