Ezra 1861 -1948 seems to have been a canal worker, married to Jane Potts and father of several children, amongst them Frank age 9 in the 1901 census, so born around 1892.  There is no second forename recorded for Frank, however.

There seem to have been several people around that time from Macclesfield with the name of Frank Worthington, but there is a Frank K Worthington born in 1928, son of Frank and Elizabeth nee Jones, who married in 1927 in Macclesfield.  Could he be the Frank Kenneth who died in Bangor in 1986?

You may need to purchase some certificates here, or perhaps contact Cheshire History Society, who may be able to find out more for you.

The grave of Ezra Worthington here at findagrave:

The grave also has other family members including his son Frank. I have seen no evidence that this Frank ever married.

Have you looked at this Worthington family?

In 1939 Frank K was with Frank 1910. His birth has mmn of Chesworth.
In 1921 Frank 1910 was with John 1860 and Martha Annie.
When John married Annie Chesworth in 1884, he named his father as Samuel and witnesses were Ezra and Jane.
In 1881 Ezra 1861 and John 1857 were working together.

Ezra was the son of single mother Martha Worthington and was with grandparents Nathan and Frances Hannah/ Fanny in 1861 & 1871.
1838 Prestbury Nathan married Fanny Hool, his father John. Their children included Samuel 1839 and Martha 1844, both mmn Hool. This would make Ezra and John first cousins.
Samuel was widowed and remarried 1867.He is with new wife and children born before 1867 in 1871, including John 1860.
An Ezra also witnessed the wedding of a sister of John. John seems to be John Henry mmn Poole.
