GIMF.  According to a reference in THE EDUCATION ENDOWMENTS ACT of 1923, "The Jallow school in the Parish of Maughold" was to be transferred to the Vicar and Wardens of Maughold.

And another location finder:  Bayr Beg, Bayr Jeg, and Bayr Noa, are the three roads that come together near the Jalloo in Maughold. The first runs South-West from that point, the second runs up towards Maughold Church, the third runs due West.
