Trying to determine if these pictures are of the same person

Hi I wasn't even sure if this was the correct place to post this as I couldn't find a topic with facial recognition. Anyway there are a few photos I have where a lot of people have a similar look and where the pictures are old and a bit blurry it makes it even harder! I don't even know which one to start on.
I will try this little girl first. Is this the same person?

Different haircut but I would say the faces look very similar.

Me too, the distance from her upper lip to nose is the same.

I say yes also. Look at the way she stands with her left shoulder lower than the right, it affects the position of the hands and they are the same in both photos.

Ye.
I think they are the same child.

EDIT (I agree,) there is something in her posture as well as other similarities.
I note that the way she stands places the left arm to appear lower than the right in both photos.
It's just a personal characteristic.

I think she is a little younger in the top photo, but only a year at most.

Is there more to the top photo that shows her legs?
