Date photo please for the amusement park

This picture has been dated as c. 1930, but I wonder if it could be earlier. The couple were 60 in 1921.

Seems to have dropped down the board. 1920s I think but wait for the experts to narrow it down.

Both the man and the woman in the forefront are wearing pinned on ribbons.
There is a cross and possibly some writing visible on hers.

Are others in the photo sort of staring at the front pair as if they were important?

The chap on the right seems to have a bouquet held behind his back.

There is a long article about the Goodnestone Park Fete held on 26 June 1929 at the residence of Lord and Lady FitzWalter. There was an amusement section. "Master T. Baird presented Lady FitzWalter with a bouquet." Possibly this event?

Yes!
And now that I look more closely, the little boy in the sailor suit is in fact holding the bouquet.

So he is likely Master T. Baird

He even managed to bring his pet hamster along, hiding it in the bouquet! 😃
