Starting with Doreen, have you checked the 1939 register? There's a highly likely entry for her, with who I believe to be her parents. The 1939 Register entry for single females often has a later married name added from when the NHS were still updating it.
Once you have done that then you have a married name and a date of birth. Check the marriages for possible couples with surname Reid/whatever the married name is to get a possible spouse
Then check deaths for her married name, (there is a highly likely entry with the matching d.o.b.) From there you may find a newspaper notice of death, likely place of burial/ cremation to take you further

https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk for her name and year of death. If there is an entry (especially if it says Probate, which means they left a will) then it costs £1.50 for a copy of the will and grant of admin which may tell you more
