It looks like Benjamin & Julia divorced in 1898.

Start here - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-95X4-9JHQ?view=index&cc=1930340&lang=en&groupId= - and keep going to the next image to the right.  Benjamin said that Julia threatened to kill him and called him bad names.

I wonder if this is Julia.

Marriage record to J.H. Riley in Lewis Co., Washington on 3 July 1920.  She is listed as Julia Carroll, but her parents were Thomas Raymond and Liza Radler.  The Radler seems close to the Ridler/Redler mentioned as the mother's maiden name and Sidney's middle name in the previous thread.
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:FLF1-NLW?lang=en

Here's Julia Hurn marrying J. William Carroll in California in 1899 - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G93H-R7C3?view=fullText&keywords=Julia%20Hurn%2CHurn%20Julia&lang=en&groupId=

The 1900 census has a James W. Carroll & wife Julia living in Chehalis Co., Washington as camp cooks.  They had been married for 2 years, so that would have fit with her remarrying after the divorce from Benjamin.  Julia's age and year of arrival are somewhat close to Julia Peagam.

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MMPZ-NZW?lang=en

James & Julia seem to be together in 1910 - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MGJ6-35N?lang=en

The 1920 census has a James Carroll as a cook in a labor camp, single, age 48, b. Illinois in Logan, Lewis Co., Washington.  The 1930 census has a divorced James W. Carroll in Marshfield, Oregon who is a cook in a logging camp.  So those would seem to fit with he & Julia splitting/divorcing around that time and Julia getting married to Mr. Riley in 1920.

If this is the right Julia, she died in 1935.  https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:N35G-3W5?lang=en

Might Sidney have become Ernest P. Raymond?

Ernest P. Raymond is listed as brother of the groom in a wedding announcement for Frederick A. Raymond & Esther Davis in 1896 in Washington.  John P. Raymond also attended.   https://www.newspapers.com/article/the-post-intelligencer-marriage-of-raymo/176751502/

Ernest's marriage license seems to have his middle name as Peagam - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QS7-99J7-77ZH?view=index&personArk=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3AQPMT-16PG&action=view&cc=1534448&lang=en&groupId=

Naturalization records for Ernest - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:33S7-95XH-9SD9?view=fullText&keywords=Ernest%20P%2CRaymond&lang=en&groupId=

Ernest died in 1920.  death certificate - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:S3HY-688S-YJG?i=1123&lang=en

death notice - https://www.newspapers.com/article/the-news-tribune/105652667/

Julia Carroll Riley is mentioned in his estate papers, as well as Fred Raymond, John Raymond, and J. H. Riley.  https://www.newspapers.com/article/the-post-intelligencer-marriage-of-raymo/176751502/
