MyHeritage problem

Hi all, I can no longer see my DNA matches on MyHeritage. Its been a couple of days now. Just get the headings and blank screen underneath. Is it just me affected or are other people having problems too? If its just me how do I contact MH about the problem? Their help system is just sending me round in circles.

I saved the match page as a favourite so it always opened on the match list but after they disabled the 3rd party test upload option I have to click on the dna button and select matches from the dna menu. I'm using a browser on a laptop rather than  device on the app so the above may not apply to others.

Yes, clicking on DNA button and selecting matches gives me headers and a blank page. Doesn't matter from which page on the site I select DNA Matches - same result. Same for Ethnicity Estimate.
Can't seem to work my way through the Help section to be able to report the problem. Using a browser on a desktop computer.

I haven’t tried this myself just playing around with the site
Use the down arrow top right, click Contact Us, click Customer Support, scroll down to click Continue, click Submit a ticket. Write out the problem, submit.
Will it do any good, I don’t know but it’s sure hard to find.
