He was born Sidney Ridler Peagam in 1856, mmn Ridler. Birth registered in South Molton RD.  Some online trees have the mother's maiden name as Redler.

It looks as if Sidney went to Lewis state of Washington about 12th May 1882, the typing is very faint

Yes just checked my records. Keziah was born 1903, mother Olive. Olive married Thomas Berry in Wigan in 1905

Kezia or Keziah?  There seem to be two accepted spellings of the name which are sometimes mixed.  Properly the accent is on the 2nd syllable.
