We have possible records that Joseph Devlin born 25 Nov 1910 in Newry, was in Barrow-in-Furness around 1930. we know he was there in 1938/39 but new evidence points to him being there as early as 1930. can anyone help collaborate this by confirming his residence in or around Barrow-in-Furness in the early 1930s? thank you very much indeed.
