Can anyone tell me if I'm  correct in thinking that R.Davies may not have claimed his medals as shown?

It looks like he was also part of the 17th Mounted Infantry Company on detachment from his regiment. The 17th didn't add him to their medal roll and him and the other 2 men have been added at a later date to their parent regimental roll, he would of been issued with the QSA and clasps from the Loyal North Lancs.
