Restoration of old photo please and thank you

This photo is of Marija Juras of Croatia. She was my Mother's aunt and very dear to her. Since she has passed away I am trying to remove the scratches and improve the photo quality so I can print it out and frame it for my Mother. Any help would be greatly appreciated. In black and white or if you are feeling generous with your time colourized would be a bonus. Thanks.
