Her birth certificate will confirm parents names for you but have you her marriage certificate with a fathers name and occupation?

Not familiar with Notts but there is a baptism 6 Nov 1842 Bleasby with parents Page & Sarah

Father is a shoemaker

The birth registration for John Thomas in 1869 has mothers name as Parkes

Closest death I can find is Mary Turton age 76 in Jun 1914 Basford

She is 75 in 1911 but her birth year does vary on census

Do you know when her husband died?  Likely one in 1925 so he should be on the 1921 census as married or widowed **

She is firm on the birthplace of Stoke Bardolph

Mary Parkes 22 transcribed as born Stoke Bardith Notts servant in Leicestershire

Info from the marriage certificate would be helpful as to her residence at time of marriage

So quite a bit for you to think about there

There is too wide a variance in her birthyears to be certain.

I think the 1836 date can likely be eliminated. Her daughters husband likely filled out that census
Her birth is likely between 1841 and 1844. Although the other dates can fully be eliminated.
