Marriage of grandparents

Hi

Can anybody help me with my research please

My grandparents married in September  qtr 1923 at Monmouth District register office

Arthur moon to Mary Sullivan

I am looking to find the exact date  ??

Purchase of the marriage certificate would be your best bet.  And after all they are your grandparents  ;) ;)
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.
Remember - "They'll be found when they want to be found" !!!

If it was a Civil Marriage it can't be looked up at the Records office

If your grandparents married in the Register Office, then there is no alternative to purchase of the certificate to pinpoint the date. 
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Have you tried a newspaper lookup?

But I agree with the others - buy a copy of the certificate. :D
