Completed - Anna Mordecai in San Francisco Chronicle 1876

Hi,

FamilySearch led me to an obituary in the San Francisco Chronicle for 1876 Aug 7. The subject of my current search, Mrs Anna Mordecai is apparently mentioned. Problem is, I can't see the whole item as the only place I can find it is behind the Chronicle's paywall.
(Note that the FamilySearch transcription gives Mordecal, but the Chronicle has Mordecai.)

Is anyone able to check this obit for me?

Only need
The name of the deceased
Their relationship to Anna
Anna's address (if Anna is a contact for mourners or whoever)
Anything else that seems to relate to Anna

I searched on the Chronicle's archive search page for the date range 1875-1877 with the search term: Anna Mordecai

OK, went back to the search and accidentally clicked on the item again and got through???

Was actually Anna's obit, as I suspected.

Now have her death date.

Sorry if anyone has already started looking.
