Edith's surname is not necessarily James even though it is recorded that way on the census.

Cecelia was living with John James when she had Elizabeth 1874

Edith born circa 1876, father may not be the same man.

Her mother is living with Edwin John when Miles was born 1878

John Price married Charlotte Randel 12 April 1846 St Mary's Chapel, Parish of St John the Evangelist
John was a Blacksmith, Charlotte was a servant.
His father William - Pavier
Her father Charles - Mason
Witness Thomas Bevan, Elizabeth Price

Cecelia 19  born Peterchurch Herefordshire??

The word weeks has been crossed out after the 19 that has been over written, so I'm wondering if this is Cecelia with her grandparents in 1851 she would have been 3-4 years old though.
A real long shot.

Sarah bap  11 March 1849 - buried 25 March 1849 infant- Chapel Lane, father John - Blacksmith

Then his wife Charlotte is buried 8 April 1849. Chapel Lane
