Please help deciphering a will

Hello, can anybody help please deciphering this will. With thanks in advance

SUBJECT to the trusts DECLARED above my Executors SHALL HOLD my Estate as follows:

a) Upon trust absolutely for my fiance ....

Provided that if the trusts DECLARED by this sub-clause a) of this my Will shall fail entirely and subject thereto

b) Upon trust to distribute in the following shares:

Does this mean that the fiance receives everything or the children of the person recieves the shares stated in the will?

Could you attached the section/s of the will that contains the words
NORTON (Kent), KEECH (Dorset), MOOR / MOORE (Kent), HOCKING (Dorset / Somerset), LEVI (City of York), SANDWELL (Kent), CHAFFIN  (Dorset / Somerset), STRONG (Dorset)

Hello, I didn't want to because of names on there. Sorry. I will take out the names and post it tomorrow as I need to be up in the morning as I'm working. Thank you
