“Lymphocytes” would be odd since that’s just a blood cell type (although they are elevated as a result of a lymphoma).

I think I can see ‘ites’ at the end of the word so I am wondering if it could be something like “Lymph[(o)ascites”? Ascites is a build up of fluid in the abdominal cavity, and one form is chylous ascites with lymph-rich fluid being the cause. Perhaps this is another name for that condition, although I can’t find an evidence.
