Thank you Bookbox, that's really helpful.

Especially the confirmation that the wedding took place in Dilhorne and the bride and groom were linked to Ipstones and Checkley.  I've hit a spongey brick wall with Walter and Mary's births so this might help when I have another look. There are family trees out there who have Walter & Mary marrying at nearly 40 years old and Mary having kids at 40 and 42 or thereabouts - which could be likely but the more clues the better. So, thank you very much! :)
