I need help with five names on Free Franklin letters.  Letters are from 1832 to 1837

and then the signature bottom left I assume is that of the person giving the frank? Is that how it worked?

I've tried searching newspapers for "Bart" in Stoneham.   I got a bit excited about a HEATHCOTE but he was Wm not A.B.  And it seems Stoneham might not be correct anyway doesn't it.

Seymour Larpent is the person receiving the letter?   Can you tell who sent the letter?

Could the bottom one be William Peel?   1834–1835 Lord of the Treasury under Robert Peel
1835–1837   MP for Tamworth (held frank privilege again)
