I am having no luck with the middle one

I think I see

London June twenty nine
                                1837

Not found (in red)
            Thos Reid

England Sir (?) A. B. ...................Bart
Thurnham??????  (get absolutely no newspaper hits for that so I don't think it is correct)

                                      Stoneham.

and then the signature bottom left I assume is that of the person giving the frank? Is that how it worked?

I've tried searching newspapers for "Bart" in Stoneham.   I got a bit excited about a HEATHCOTE but he was Wm not A.B.  And it seems Stoneham might not be correct anyway doesn't it.

Seymour Larpent is the person receiving the letter?   Can you tell who sent the letter?
