Manchester Evening News, 16 November 1935
HART.—On November 15, at 29 Victoria Avenue,
Didsbury, MARTHA, the beloved wife of the late
James HART. Interment at St. John's Church,
Pendlebury, on Monday, at 2.30 p.m. Inquiries to
W. M. Peacock. Phone 3397 Didsbury.

Are you sure she was Martha - she is not on the 1881 census with Joseph & Ellen & your current post refers to a Mercy Carter who is on the 1881 census entry??
