Oh It may well be I was thinking it looked like Bishop I was looking for a village not a street.

What period are we talking about? Is the record to be seen on Irishgen? Nothing like looking at the real thing and comparing characters?

There is a Bishop Street in Derry but unfortunately the snippet posted doesn't include enough text to be 100 percent certain.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
