Fachwen is a village on the B4395 about 3 miles south east of Lake Vyrnwy, Powys, Wales.

FindMyPast baptisms (image/transcript)
Frances Griffiths, born 23 Jan 1799, bap 2 Feb 1799, parents Edward and Eleanor, Penyclawd
Ann Griffiths - as posted
Jane Sophia Griffiths, born 29 Feb 1803, bap 11 Mar 1804, parents Edward and Eleanor, Chirk
Edward Griffiths, born 3 Dec 1808, bap 3 Jan 1809, parents Edward and Eleanor, Chirk

There's a Pen-y-clawdd just west of Pentre but given the number of entries in the registers the Penyclawd in the 1799 baptism probably applies to the Township of Pen-y-clawdd rather than a dwelling.

Genuki - Chirk
"PEN_Y_CLAWDD, a township in the parish of Chirk, County Denbigh, 2 miles from Chirk. It is situated near Offa's Dyke. (Nat. Gazetteer of G.B. and Ireland 1868)
The baptisms of Jane Sophia and Edward do not include "abode" - Chirk indicating place of baptism. Yet to find a marriage for Edward and Eleanor.
Puzzled by the bracket at end of line with a note that is partly illegible ("___ ___ burials"?). To whom does it apply?
Added - I think the illegible element is the name of the Curate!
