"T Riley"

I wonder if the T is for Ted.  There was a William Edward Riley, Seaman, Royal Naval Reserve, H.M.S. "Lady Cory Wright."

Died 26 March 1918, aged 44.

Native of Castletown, Isle of Man. Half-brother of Catherine Jane Riley, of 1, Aylesford Rd., Old Swan, Liverpool.

A notice in the Liverpool Post indicates this man was known as 'Willie' so I think you can discount him.

" J C Jones"

This seems very likely to be Driver John Cleveland Jones M2/183224, ASC. Died of blackwater fever at Salonika in February 1918. He and his wife Margaret Jane Robertson Christian lived in Tranmere but his wife's family  lived at 5 Derby Street, Old Swan.

His mother-in-law Elizabeth Christian posted a death notice in the Echo. The people named are her sons Donald and James and Donald's wife Lillian:

Donald and Lillian are at 14, Cheadle Avenue, Old Swan in the 1921 census but 1920s electoral rolls  show them also at 5 Derby Street. They seem to have been registered at both addresses.

The next two clips have photos of Driver J C Jones:
