Missing birth entry

Is this Frederick living as a nephew with this older brothers with the Radford family in Worksop in 1851 - after their parents died??

Thanks K99. Yes it is. He and his brothers were taken in by their Mums sister Lydia and her husband Isaac after their widowed Mum died in 1850.
His Dad had died in 1848. Like you say maybe something made them overlook registering his birth although back then according to Google they were expected to register a birth within 42 days. Maybe something happened to the record or it could be a mistake in the surname. I’ve seen quite a few strange versions of Frecknall.
