on family search org i found 1840 William Elliot was quarter master who was married to jane it states they married 6 dec 1832 St Stephens Saltash, Cornwall but doesnt state Janes maiden name any help appreciated     Dave

Those Present (wits) are not named, it is not confirmed as checked and has 1831?

St Stephens by Saltash, Cornwall

6th December 1831

William Elliott = Jane Edwards

But no wits, which can be helpful when you get back beyond the Census, especially if one or both might happen to be a relative?
