New South Wales - Death - Myra Elizabeth West
« on: Tuesday 03 June 25 02:30 BST (UK) »
Hi
I have been trying unsuccessfully to track a death date/place for Myra Elizabeth West.  She was alive in 1980 and living at Redfern with her 3rd(?) husband John Reginald West.  She was  born as Myra Elizabeth Rynards in 1910 at Lithgow, daughter of Albert George Rynards & Sybil Carpenter.  She married Athol James Worrad in 1931 and Robert Kemp in 1949 and John Reginald West in 1960.  She might have married again after 1980, but this is unknown as I can't locate a death for her 3rd husband John Reginald West.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciatted, I've tried Ryerson, and various Deceased Record searches for metropolitan Sydney without success.
Many thanks
Stuart McDonald, York, Western Australia,

Was John Reginald WEST  born in Australia?

I saw a 1921 England census entry for a boy born in 1911 with that name.

I'm unaware of where he was born, my sole interest is Myra Elizabeth West, but having said that there is a birth for John R. West at Glebe for 1911 also

NSW Birth 8/8/1910

I really appreciate the date of birth, can I ask how you find out the actual date, i.e. 8/8/1910, I thought the NSW Index only gave the year?  Thanks again, only the death date to track now! ;D

Just narrow down… once you have the year 1910… search Jan-end June or July-end Dec.
once you have which half of the year, narrow to search 3 months… narrow by month… then two weeks… then week and easy to get exact date
