1921 Census Entry - What type of place is this??

I am not sure this is the right place for this request, if I am wrong could you move this to correct place..

Anyway I found an ancestor in some type of institution, or boarding house in Lambeth.. in the 1921 Census on Ancestry.  Could someone identify the name and or type of institution this is.. I cant seem to find it
