On the attached clip, I think I know what both the Latin phrases mean, but I would welcome thoughts from those whose Latin is better than either my schoolboy level, or Google translate

Should it be:
Eternal remembrance and peaceful rest. To my beloved wife, Ann Bill. From her most sorrowful husband, JOHN BILL, who dedicated this in grief.

She passed away at the age of thirty-three
