Have you not looked for her death on freebmd?  www.freebmd.org.uk

What is the last census you have found her on?

Have you tried varying the spelling if you can't find her under Levesley?

Was she still alive when her husband died in 1871?

I can't see a death in 1871 in Lincs for her husband.  Where did you get the info re 1871?

There is an infant death in 1868 for a William Fred Levesley

A family tree has his death in 1839 not 1871 - do you have his death certificate?

The same tree has death for Ann as 1881 but no evidence shown for that date

The 1861 has a William H LIEVESLEY b 1839 - unmarried.

Are you using info from somebody else's tree or from your own research?

1841 Spalding - is this the correct family?

Ann Levesley 40
John 9
George 5
Willm 3

If the 1839 death for her husband is correct then possible she remarried at some point

There is a Dec 1871 death in Chesterfield for a

William Lievesley age 84 - is that the death you refer to tomm  :-\

There are Ann deaths in Chesterfield with that spelling but need some clarification first please

Not the 1842 marriage in Spalding: that Ann was a minor and a spinster.
