Just wondering how you know her father's name was Henry? Do you have her baptism? Or is the year of birth just a guess due to the marriage in 1754, or is there an age at burial? 

I can see a family of John and Mary FLOWER baptising children at Horsely around 1734. There is an Anne FLOWER baptised 19 July 1731 at St John the Baptist, Gloucester with parents John and Mary - of course, not necessarily the same couple.

Isn't Hannah a widow on this record?
Therefore Flower not her birth surname

There are two baptisms in Horsley to two children to a William and Hannah Flower in Horsley in 1747 and 1749. Both children called William. First one buried 5 days after baptism.
