This may be a long shot but I'm trying to find out who stayed at 16 Jones Street, Hulme in 1861.
I was searching for my Great Great Grandmother's family.  My GGG/M was called Bridget but I have all her details.  In 1861, Bridget wrote a letter to the newspapers asking for information on her 3 sisters and also her Mother Margaret, who she believed were still living in the Manchester area.
They were Ann, Catherine & Mariam/Mary Maher.   Her Mother's maiden names was Welsh or Walsh and they were all born in Ireland.
I did find an 1851 census for Hulme.  The names seem to fit and the occupations but the ages don't but that often happens.   Mary is married to William Mahoney, also born in Ireland.
I did register with the Manchester General Cemetery Transcriptions site and they took my money but I'm unable to contact them as there were no credits added.
Hoping someone can help

Hi there bear in mind

some of 1851 census for Hulme was either missing or very poor to read.
