Since I wrote my earlier post I’ve found this on FreeReg related to the Scotch Church in West St in Belford.

Birth of John 23 Oct 1808
Baptism 30 Oct 1808
F = John
M = Margaret
Abode = Newlands


There were other Johnson men with young families around the same time including Adam Johnson at Easington. Names of children very similar to yours so may be related.
