Hart's fabric store St. Helens
« on: Thursday 08 May 25 00:05 BST (UK) »
Hi,

I'm seeking the actual address of Hart's fabric store in St Helens as referenced in this newspaper article https://www.warringtonguardian.co.uk/news/5248565.storing-up-fond-memories/

My great-grandfather was one of the younger siblings, from the family that ran this store.

I have been told that the Hart name is still on the shop front?

I have a feeling the street numbering might have changed.
That piece that talks about hardshaw street  means it was on what is now odd number side
Looking at satellite for the alleyway. Suggests one of two properties that both look “old” . Peering on street view. Can’t see any sign of a faded Harts on the building.
