It would appear that Sarah Tuckwell's parents were;
Joseph Tuckwell, (Gent) - m - Sarah Button, sp,  7-4-1771 Wallingford - St.Peter (By Licence)
Wits; John Read & John Talbot.

Here are some baptisms of children for Charles Finch & Sarah Matilda;
2-4-1810   Catherine Tuckwell Finch   - born 31-1-1810 - born Newbury

27-7-1807   Robert Finch -                     born 11-6-1807      "         "

22-8-1811      "           "                               "      2-7-1811      "         "
All baptised in Newbury Lower Meeting House (Independent) register.

In the 1851 census for Newbury St.Nicholas,  Sarah Finch, Wid is with her son  Joseph aged 19

Unfortunately the death of Charles FINCH is not on the GRO index though it does appear on FreeBMD (Newbury Dec qtr 6/138).

It is there, but mistranscribed. Aged 59.
