Mary + Henry Thomas Macey ?

Two siblings:
Henry Thomas Macey b. 1854 Fonthill Gifford
Mary Macey b. 1861 Fonthill Gifford
Born to Samuel Macey and Priscilla Burt.

Henry Macey disappears after the 1871 census, where he is still with his family.
Mary Macey disappears after the 1881 census, where she is a servant for the Smith family in Langton-Matravers, Dorset.

Two of their siblings end up living in Dorset, and one in Somerset. Two immigrated to Canada, but said siblings immigrated between 1900-1910.

Any information about them would be appreciated.

Possible for Mary
There's a marriage between a Mary Macey (father Samuel - a labourer) and a Richard William Stokes at Eling, Hants on 27 Sep 1885. On the 1891 census, Mary is from Wiltshire, but it doesn't give town / village. She's recorded as 28 though.

On 1901 census, the birthplace given as Fonthill, so unless there are twp Mary Maceys with father Samuel in either of the two Fonthill villages, we have Mary
