Looking for Info on Augsutine Couppey's Parentage

Hi,

I am looking for some info on Augustine Victorine Couppey's father. She married Mathurin Marie Guegan and was born around 1871. They lived in the Channel Islands. Her mother was called Clementine. I am struggling to get beyond this. Any hints and tips in researching Breton ancestors would also be greatly appreciated!!

Where has her mothers name come from please?

In 1891 she is 19 and a servant so no help with relatives there.

Here is her birth certificate, the father is " non dénommé " , unkown.

The text in the margin says that the mother Marie Clémentine Augustine recognized the child as her daughter ( it was necessary in case of death of the mother , it made the child a legal heir)
