To the best of my knowledge John MANCEY died 12 jan 1848 in Old Basing [Q1 1848 Basingstoke 7 49 [81] and his wife Sarah MANCEY (née BENHAM)  died 15 Sep 1849 in Old Basing [Q3 1849 Basingstoke 7 56 [73].

I'd say the information is Lydia Pickup - can see her in Basingstoke in 1851 with husband Richard and children

Confusingly they seem to be called Chapman in 1861 - but are in "Totherdown"

With the death in 1865, he might be buried in a local authority or other cemetery, besides the Churches and Churchyards?
