When and where born: Fourth November 1922, Military

The child’s father was based in Plymouth with the Royal Berkshire Regiment

I would agree with Families if you fill in the missing parts of the letters.

There was a Military Families Hospital at Devonport (Western Morning News, 1 May 1924)

Newspaper items refer to the Military Families Hospital being at the top of Devonport Hill, so I assume this is it shown on a 25 inch map from 1914. It was still there on maps from the 1950s, but the site seems to be occupied by a complex of dental services now.
