Ancestry refusing images

  I have been trying to install images from Pr to a ancester and all I get is..

    Any ideas from any one ...

    Or maybe this item is in the wrong dept.

What size is the file, Ancestry have a maximum limit of 15 Mb

     317 kb . I tested other files to other ancesters and the same thing happened ,
     the files are mostly the same size the larges is about 800kb.

    May be Ancestry are throwing a wobbly , they have done in the past,

Try to upload a JPG file rather than a PNG
