It's something like,
Johannes filius Josis Bill huius Eccles vic* et Rachelis uxoris bapt*: est 25to Martii 1671/2

John son of Josias or Josiah Bill (could be Bell) vicar of this Church and Rachel his wife is baptised 25 March 1671/2. (i.e. 25 March 1672)

According to CCED, Josias Bell was vicar of Much Wenlock from 1664 to 1706.

This record may continue on the next line, which might begin with per.

It appears to reference the Rector of Harley.  The word Gloria also appears.

I agree it is almost certainly Bell and not Bill.

I agree. I think this 2nd line reads

per [Benjn?] Jenkes Rect(orem) de Harley. Gloria Deo [sit]
by [Benjamin?] Jenkes, Rector of Harley. Glory be to God.

Thanks for the replies to this query. FindMyPast has this entry indexed under the surname Bill, which is why it attracted my attention. However, if the surname is Bell, then it falls outside of my current research. Nevertheless, I'll put into my file for possible future research as the surnames Bill and Bills appear to have several other spelling options, including Bell and Beale.
