Could anyone help me find the 1901 record for my Great Great Grandmother Mary Ellen Nolan? I can’t seem to find her for that year.

Married 1902 to Thomas Simmonds

1891 29, Lower Bridge Street, Chester
1901 ??
1911 4 Anderson Street, Salford

In 1901 her siblings; Margaret, Frank & Joseph Nolan were residing at 17 Alma Street, Chester

Mother: Ellen Nolan (died 1890)
Father: Michael Nolan

Any help tracking her record down would be greatly appreciated.

There's a "Nellie" Nolan, born 1878, Chester in Salford in '91 - occpn bar-maid. If you get the marr. cert might include Mary Ellen's occupation.

The publican on the 1901 Census, where Nellie is at 2-6 Eccles New Road, is William Featherstone. The Manchester Courier, 1 Jan 1906 refers to "Mr Featherstone, Ship Hotel, Eccles New Road".

Pub not named but would appear to be the PH just below Regent Theatre-
