Jemeriah Markham and Mary Robinson

Hi Guys

I wonder if anyone can help me please ?

I’m trying to find a record of the marriage of Jeremiah Markham (1778- 1860) and Mary Robinson (1786-1845). I believe it happened around 1805. It appears that this would have been Jeremiahs second marriage, the first being in 1801 to Letitia xxxx, (surname not clear but various spellings). All I can find is that there are many references to the marriage, but also no records, I have also found other references regarding her surname such as Mary Arditt but still no records seem to be available.

Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

Thanks for the info. This was going to be my next quest,  so thanks for  saved me some time.

I still need to find the marriage records. I find it strange that there are none available or any references to the marriage.
