Hi Guys

A bit more clarification as far as I can find
Jeremiah Markham
- DOB born 1778
- Place Whirtlebury, Northants
- Parents - Hannah Marriott and John Markham
- Marriages - Laetitia Alsbark - 1801 (various surname spellings) Deddington, Oxfordshire
and Possible marriage to Mary Robinson  suggested to be 1805 no records seem to be available

Mary Robinson (the subject of this post and search for information)
-DOB born 1776
-Place Stoke, Northants
-Parents – Alice and William Robinson
-Marriage – To Jeremiah Markham suggested date1805 .
So I’m still trying to track down a record of Mary’s marriage to Jeremiah.

If you cannot find a marriage how do you know her maiden name?

The children were all born before civil registration.

Mary Markham death registered Brackley 1845 was 66 years old so born circa 1779.

Jeremiah Markham death registered Brackley 1860 was 81  (parish register has about or above 81) buried 13 January 1860.
from the Brackley Work House.  Born circa 1779.

IF they followed naming patterns.

First daughter Martha named after maternal grandmother
Second daughter Ann named after paternal grandmother  (possibly Hannah)
First son John named after paternal grandfather
Second son William named after maternal grandfather

Mary's parents would be William and Martha.

John married Hannah Seeney 9 August 1830 at Kings Sutton (Hannah Seeney her mother present at his death 1849).
William ? possible death 1814 Kings Sutton.
Thomas married Esther Rogers 11 February 1848
Charlotte married Robert Baker 9 February 1837 both minors (Robert of Kings Sutton) Witness Joseph Baker*
Susannah married George Grisold 3 July 1843 witness Thomas Markham
Mary married John Barister 16 November 1841 witness Thomas Markham
Elizabeth married James Jones 8 May 1843  witness Thomas Markham

Thanks for all the info which I hope to be able to use later
A questioned was asked ‘How do I know that Jeremiah’s wife was ‘Mary Robinson’ I gained this information from other researchers. However while this was mentioned in their research I could not find any substantiating records.

I concentrated on Jeremiahs records and could only find a record for his first Letitia Alsbark  surname various spellings in 1801. Research from other indicates that Letitia passed in 1803 but not records could be found to confirm that either.

I have searches as much as I can on Jeremia Makham but locating the necessary record for conformation just cannot seem to be located.
