Dorothy raised this a while ago on the Manchester Regiment forum and was told the same answers as she has been given on this thread and on the thread that JenB has posted the link to. I assisted to a degree with her query on the Manchester forum but I will step back from her current thread as I do not believe that I can add anything more.
